PUBLICATION GUIDELINES
The journal publishes scientific research in both Arabic and English. The publication rules are as follows:
1- The manuscript must be an original piece that has not been published previously in any form. Additionally, it should not be in the process of being considered for publication by any other journal or conference at the same time. Authors are requested to sign a form indicating his or her agreement of these requirements. Anyone who violates these requirements will be subject to punishment to the full extent of the law.
2- The article should be saved in Word or in a Word-compatible format. Text should be single-spaced and written in 14-point Simplified Arabic font. Headings and subheadings should be bolded. All margins should be 3 centimeters.
3- Forms, tables, and images should be presented within the body of the article immediately after they are referenced in the text.
4- The maximum length of the document is 25 pages, including forms, images, tables and references. The final hard copy manuscript should be sent to the editor-in-chief of the editorial board of the journal or to the President of the Academy.
5- The following search terms should be defined: Manuscript title; the researcher’s name, position, and scientific rank; a summary that includes an introduction to the study; the importance of research and its objectives; the research methods; results; and discussion, including conclusions and recommendations; and references.
6- If the researcher used a questionnaire or other instruments or tools for data collection, the researcher must submit a complete copy of the tool if it has not already been received by the Academy.
7- The manuscript must include an abstract that summarizes the research. The abstract should be limited to 150 to 200 words and should be in Arabic, or English.
8- The summary page for the manuscript should present the manuscript title along with the researcher’s name, address, position, and organizational affiliation.
9- The search terms for the manuscript should be present in Arabic and in English or French on the first page. Thereafter, the search terms may be typed in Arabic.
10- Tables and figures must be sequentially numbered, referenced in the text by number, and presented immediately after the paragraph that references them. Figure captions should appear immediately below the figure. Table captions should appear immediately above the table.
11- References should be numbered and listed at the end of the manuscript. If references are cited in the text using sequential numbers, the reference list should be presented in the order in which the references are cited. If the in-text citations are presented as the author name(s) and year of publication, the reference list should be presented in alphabetical order by the author’s (or first author’s) last name. Footnotes should be placed at the bottom of the page on which they appear.
OBJECTIVES
1 – Spreading innovative scientific research, prepared by the university professors and researchers in various scientific fields, which are directly related to the different fields of human knowledge.
2 – Provide an opportunity for the scientific evaluation of research by subjecting the view of scientific research, which takes upon itself the scientific assessment and methodology in scientific research.
3 – To consolidate the scientific and intellectual links between, and the the universities and research centers and specialized agencies to the humanitarian aspects, and the exchange of scientific publications between universities.
4 – to address humanitarian issues in the context of contemporary scientific research, and employment in the service of humanity, and serve the fundamental issues that the Academy was established for it.
5 – Monitoring and following the directions of scientific research, by standing on the scientific results of research produced by all educational institutions and research centers.
6 – Confirm the diversity and openness and systematic discipline, and take advantage of all data thought proper, and contribute to the knowledge of the industry while maintaining the constants.
VALUATION
ARBITRATION RULES
1. Authors of manuscripts shall receive a response within a week of submission.
2. The editor-in-chief will select two arbitrators to review the manuscripts and select those for publication.
3. After the manuscript has been accepted for publication in the journal, authors must submit a copy of their research in its final form. Following this submission, the researcher may document the official acceptance of his or her research for publication in the journal.
4. Decisions are final and cannot be reconsidered.
5. When manuscripts are accepted, authors are not entitled to resubmit it elsewhere, until a sufficient period of time has passed. The time is determined by the editorial board of the journal and is subject to the approval of the editor-in-chief.
6. Manuscripts will be returned to authors whether or not they are accepted for publication.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The copyright of research selection for publication will belong to journal.
2. Manuscripts selected for publication will be published electronically. Hard copies of the research will be produced for the authors, the editorial board, and the University advisory board. The President of the editorial board of the journal, in cooperation with the President of the Academy, will contact universities and scientific research centers to determine subscriptions, the number of copies of the research to be printed, and the prices and subscription rates.
3. Each author shall receive one free copy of the journal in which his or her manuscript is published.
4. Ideas expressed in manuscripts reflect the views of authors and not necessarily the journal.

- 20 dollars for individuals within the United States and Canada.
- 50 dollars for the organizations within the United States of America and Canada.
- 10 euros for individuals within Europe.
- 25 euros for institutions within Europe.
- 5 dollars to individuals in the Arab world.
- 15 dollars for the institutions in the Arab world.
